Free Media for Deaf and Blind Students :
"A free-loan program provides educational media for students with a vision or hearing loss. The Described and Captioned Media Program (DCMP) offers audio description and captioning via CD-ROM, DVD, and online streaming.
K-12 teachers and school administrators who teach one or more students who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind simply need to register at http://www.dcmp.org/. That will give access to over 5,000 captioned media titles and 300 programs."
